Prices
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
All prices are only guaranteed when a deposit is paid.
Changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which may increase the cost of the product or service.
Such factors include fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases.

Deposits
You will be required to pay a deposit to secure your booking. Until a deposit is paid the price can vary. All deposits are fully non-refundable.
For packages not including flights, the deposit required is $250 per person.
For packages including flights, the deposit required is $450 per person.
Deposits can be made by direct deposit, cheque or credit card (no credit card surcharge applies to initial deposit).

Final Payment and Names
Final payment is required no later than 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated.

You are required to supply final names at this time.
It is your responsibility to check the spelling of all names required before sending them to your consultant.

Amendments
After your deposit has been paid and your booking confirmed, all amendments will incur a charge of $50 per person per amendment.
The amendment fee is in addition to any extra costs incurred by changing the booking, for example upgrading of your package inclusions, airline fare increases etc.
Name changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure and will be processed free of charge.

Cancellations
All deposits are fully non-refundable.
Any cancellation within 60 days prior to travel will receive no refund.

Final payments made by credit card
Credit card surcharges of 2% for Visa and MasterCard will apply when paying final payment by credit card.
We do not accept American Express or Diner's Club.

Travel Documents
Any errors in names, dates and timings on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised correctly at the time of the booking.
All travel documents will be sent to you two (2) weeks prior to departure, and only if full payment has been received.
